Appointments
Appointments may be requested through our website, by phone, or by text message. Appointment availability is subject to change and is not guaranteed until confirmed.
Certain services require a non-refundable appointment retainer before your appointment can be reserved.
Deposits & Retainers
Appointment retainers are required for select services, including but not limited to permanent makeup, hair extensions, fibroblast treatments, and pigment tattoo removal.
Retainers secure your reserved appointment time and are applied toward your scheduled service unless otherwise stated.
Retainers are subject to the Cancellation & Retainer Policy.
Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price quoted during consultation or booking will be honored for your scheduled appointment unless otherwise agreed upon.
Additional charges may apply if the requested service changes during the appointment or requires additional time, products, or corrective work.
Results
Individual results vary based on hair type, skin type, previous services, medical history, home care, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare instructions.
Cole Temp Studios cannot guarantee identical results for every client.
