Once you've reviewed your aftercare instructions, visit the *FORMS* page to complete any required consent forms before your appointment. If your service requires a retainer, please visit the *APPOINTMENTS* page to complete your booking.  You may also request an invoice by text or email.
 

Appointments are reserved on a first-paid, first-served basis. A paid retainer is required to secure your appointment.
