CANCELLATION & RETAINER POLICY

Cancellation & Retainer Policy
At Cole Temp Studios, appointment times are reserved exclusively for each client. Last-minute cancellations and missed appointments prevent other clients from booking available time and impact our ability to operate efficiently. We appreciate your understanding and respect for our scheduling policies.
Appointment Retainers
Certain services require a non-refundable appointment retainer to reserve your appointment.
Retainers are applied toward your scheduled service unless otherwise stated.
Hair extension retainers may also include payment for custom-ordered hair. Once hair has been ordered, those costs are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled:
Within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
On the same day as the appointment are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without notice (No Show) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.
Late Arrivals
Clients arriving late may receive a shortened appointment to avoid delaying other scheduled clients.
Appointments arriving too late to complete the scheduled service may be considered a same-day cancellation or no-show and applicable fees may apply.
Emergencies
We understand that emergencies occur.
If an emergency prevents you from attending your appointment, please contact Cole Temp Studios as soon as possible.
Medical emergencies may require documentation, including a physician's note, before cancellation fees or retainers are reconsidered.
Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice without penalty.
Rescheduling outside of the required notice period may result in applicable cancellation fees or forfeiture of the appointment retainer.
Agreement
By scheduling an appointment, submitting a retainer, or receiving services through Cole Temp Studios, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation & Retainer Policy.
