Appointment Retainers

Appointment Retainer Policy
Certain services require a non-refundable appointment retainer to reserve your appointment.

Retainers are applied toward the total cost of your scheduled service.

Appointments are not confirmed until the required retainer has been received.

If you cancel or reschedule outside the required notice period, your retainer may be transferred to one future appointment.

Retainers are forfeited for late cancellations, same-day cancellations, and no-shows in accordance with the Cancellation &

Rescheduling Policy.

Additional service-specific requirements, including custom hair orders or treatment-specific retainers, are outlined in the applicable consent form.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Appointments require 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment are subject to a 25% service fee.

Same-day cancellations: 50% fee

No-shows: 100% of the scheduled service.

Medical emergencies may be considered with a doctor's note, including COVID-related illness.
Repeated cancellations, no-shows, or last-minute reschedules may require prepayment for future appointments or may result in the inability to book future services.
Late Arrival Policy

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule or have their service modified, depending on the remaining appointment time.
