Last-minute cancellations and missed appointments prevent other clients from booking available time and impact our ability to operate efficiently. We appreciate your understanding and respect for our scheduling policies. Appointment Retainers Certain services require a non-refundable appointment retainer to reserve your appointment. Retainers are applied toward your scheduled service unless otherwise stated. Hair extension retainers may also include payment for custom-ordered hair. Once hair has been ordered, those costs are non-refundable. Cancellation Policy A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled: Within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. On the same day as the appointment are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without notice (No Show) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost. Late Arrivals Clients arriving late may receive a shortened appointment to avoid delaying other scheduled clients. Appointments arriving too late to complete the scheduled service may be considered a same-day cancellation or no-show and applicable fees may apply. Emergencies We understand that emergencies occur. Head over to the Forms page to complete the required paperwork for your requested service. Appointment Retainer Policy Certain services require a non-refundable appointment retainer to reserve your appointment. Retainers are applied toward the total cost of your scheduled service. Appointments are not confirmed until the required retainer has been received. If you cancel or reschedule outside the required notice period, your retainer may be transferred to one future appointment. Retainers are forfeited for late cancellations, same-day cancellations, and no-shows in accordance with the Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy. Additional service-specific requirements, including custom hair orders or treatment-specific retainers, are outlined in the applicable consent form. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Appointments require 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment are subject to a 25% service fee. Same-day cancellations: 50% fee No-shows: 100% of the scheduled service. Medical emergencies may be considered with a doctor's note, including COVID-related illness. Repeated cancellations, no-shows, or last-minute reschedules may require prepayment for future appointments or may result in the inability to book future services. Late Arrival Policy Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule or have their service modified, depending on the remaining appointment time.
